Another interesting fact about Elon Musk is that at the age of 12, he taught himself how to code and created a BASIC-based video game named “Blastar.” He sold the code for this game to PC and Office Technology magazine for $500, marking his first earnings as a video-game developer. The code for “Blastar” was later published in Musk’s biography, and an HTML5 version of the game was created by a Google software engineer, Tomas Lloret, which is available online to play.
